The Ruth Patrick Science Education Center (RPSEC) is a cooperative effort by the University of South Carolina Aiken, local industry, and public school districts in the Central Savannah River Area. The purpose of this effort is to establish a permanent program for enhancing science and mathematics education in the elementary and secondary schools of the area.
The Augusta Technical College educates students for gainful employment in today's workforce. Attached is a link to "The Neutron: Because Nuclear Matters," the Fall 2011 premier issue of the newsletter of the College's Nuclear Engineering Technology (NET) program.
