Mr. Rispoli is responsible for the cleanup of legacy waste and environmental contamination from the nation's Cold War nuclear-weapon production and nuclear-related research activities. The Office of Environmental Management oversees a budget of more than $6.5 billion with operations occurring in more than a dozen states.
Mr. Rispoli, a licensed professional engineer, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College; a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire; and a Master's degree in business from Central Michigan University.
